The team
Everyone who works on a client account is a native Redditor. Several of us moderate communities ourselves, so we know what mods remove, what communities reward and what a brand is worth in a thread before we touch it.
We work from real, named accounts, never farmed ones. We keep the roster small on purpose: two new programs a quarter, with the founder on every one.
