Company Principles

How we operate

The rules we hold ourselves to on every account, for every client.

1

Earn the recommendation. Never rent it.

Paid comments and aged accounts imitate what real brands do: transparent pricing, real people, real results. We help you actually be that brand.

2

A real person behind every account.

Disclosure alone doesn't protect an account. A real, named person does. Our research showed it: the accounts that survived Reddit's 2026 update had one.

3

Disclose everything.

If an employee comments, the profile says where they work. Reddit forgives brands that say who they are. It doesn't forgive stealth.

4

Go where you belong.

We don't try to be everywhere. We go where your buyers are and where brands are welcome, and we follow each community's rules.

5

Help first.

Most of what we post never mentions your brand. It answers the question. The brand comes up when it's the honest answer.

6

Never counter-astroturf.

If someone fakes a campaign against you, we document it and report it. We don't fight fake with fake.

7

Measure, then advise.

We publish our research and its limits. Every recommendation comes with the data behind it.

8

Say no when it's no.

If Reddit isn't right for your brand, we'll tell you on the first call.
